We got in touch with FloorSkills to complete an independent survey of our flooring in our new build home after many failed attempts of trying to resolve this matter with our builder. The service from FloorSkills has been exceptional, not only did they give us a clear outcome of what was wrong with our flooring but they have also been there every step of the way to answer any questions we have had. Our dispute with our builder has not been easy and we are so thankful for the guidance and support FloorSkills have provided us over this time.
