FloorSkills offers a flooring inspection service to determine the reason for a failed floorcovering. This service is available to the end consumer, retailer, manufacturer or solicitor. FloorSkills independent reports are exactly that, ‘independent’. We have highly trained assessors who are all trade specific and FloorSkills knowledge and skilled checked ensuring FloorSkills will provide a comprehensive report concluding why a floorcovering has failed. All our flooring inspectors are DBS checked and certified.
FloorSkills offers inspection services in the following floorcoverings:
Our basic arbitration reports suit most cases. The quality of the inspection on our basic report is no different to the quality of the inspection carried out on our advanced report. The basic report documents the reason why the floorcovering has failed, which is all that is required in most circumstances. The report will be issued to whoever has instructed ourselves to undertake the report along with a DVD containing high-quality pictures of faults found.
Our advanced report is required when a case will be going to court. The report is known as a CPR35 . This report is written in a different format and our assessor may also be required to attend court with the client. This report is not required in most cases of a dispute.
Please contact the FloorSkills inspection team on 01564 703 350 or fill in the inspection enquiry report and we will contact yourselves.
