I attended the floor skills carpet level 1 and 2 , our instructor Darren ash is very knowledgeable and his teaching was second to non, the course covered all sides of carpets from stairs to bullnoses and joins which Darren explained perfectly, the course was made better because of how Passionate about the flooring industry he is and how technically skilled he was, definitely recommend this course.

I completed the subfloor course with Rob and the laminate course with Darren. Both great guys, very knowledgeable and couldn't fault them. I learned a lot and would recommend to anyone to give it a go. Glad I did it, had a great time and learned a lot. Thank you.

The trainer Chris was so knowledgeable and made everything easy and explained everything so thoroughly. I came away from the 2 day course with confidence going into my job as an home consultant knowing what I know now. I really recommend everyone who is in the flooring trade to go on this course.

Came down here to do the lvl 1 & 2 course, our instructor Darren is at the top of his game and he really knows how to share his knowledge. Attended 5 day carpet fitting course for new to the trade. The course is set at a slower pace giving plenty of time to take everything in. Darren the instructor is helpful and shares good useful tips and advice. Even if you have a good basic grasp of carpet fitting i would advise going for the 4 day option speeding things up to a faster pace

Very into detail course It is a lot different to what my dad showed me how to do things If you think you know it all and haven't been on the course I suggest you try the course and you'll see how little you know. Darren was very helpful and showed us multiple ways of doing things I would definitely recommend.

I have just completed a level 1 and 2 carpet fitting course and the experience with rob was fantastic every aspect was explained and demonstrated perfectly the knowledge and professionalism was second to none I've been fitting carpets nearly 18 years and the tricks and tips I was showed will improve my standard of work to a very high level I just want to say thank you and I will definitely be coming back to floor skills

After deciding to take our business towards wood floor restoration we booked a course with floor skills as there content seemed to cover a alot more then others and it delivered. Just completed the motif course. After 20 ish years of fitting lvt my mind has been blown by the talent of the instructors at floorskills. Helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Even if you are top of your game you will walk away with something from this course. Could not recommend this enough. Cheers guys

Fantastic training , Day 1 we learnt to sub floor prep with Chris he was great . Very friendly and made the 1st day Very easy to understand , everything was explained in detail 👌🏼 If you do feel confused the instructor is always happy to run through again . DAY 2 ... was hands on .. I done the laminate course , Darren was my instructor he was Fantastic, always making sure you was confident with using tools and measuring difficult edges. I am Dyslexic so was feeling like I might not be able to complete tasks , Darren made things very easy to understand and very helpful when I was struggling. I would highly recommend anyone doing this course . I am a women and felt very part of the team .. enjoyed every minute of my 3 day course . I will be coming back to learn more about LVT ... thank you floor skills . I now have the skills and confidence to get straight in ...

Previously completed an lvt course and found it incredibly enjoyable and learned so many new skills its made my job much easier can't advise this course enough. also recently I phoned the center as I was stuck on a job after being let down by fitters and was put in touch with one of the instructors Ashley who not only offered to help but came out at short notice but also helped me complete the job by the dead line great center and great staff.

Gave floorskills a try after reading feedback on forums along with my manager recommending after completing estimating course, wish I had moved over to floorskills years ago. Amazing training facility, by far the best I have been to. Instructors blew me away with their knowledge and skills. Already booked more LVT courses even though completed else where. If you have not been to floorskills you are missing out. Eye-opener on what a proper training facility is.
