Alternatively, on booking courses and providing your email address, you consent to Floorskills contacting yourself by email and telephone. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Use of Data

We will only use your data:

• to supply you with the products, services and information which you have requested including advising you of any course updates by way of newsletters, events and seminars; and
• to help improve our services generally.

We may contact you by post or telephone as well as by e-mail.  If you change your mind about being contacted in the future by any of these means then please let us know.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers with industry standard anti-virus and firewall protection in place.

Invoices

FloorSkills invoices are sent through our invoicing system hosted by Quickbooks. Quickbooks sends invoices by email.  By subscribing through the website or booking direct over the phone you consent to ourselves sending emails and using the Quickbooks invoicing system to the collection, storage, use and transfer of your data by us in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
